These terms apply to anyone who creates or uses a jayahoki account. Access to specific features depends on local law, so certain services may not be available in every region of Indonesia depending on applicable regulations at the time of access.

Log in, go to Settings, tap Help Centre, then select Legal and choose Data Access Request. We deliver a structured export to your registered email within seven working days of receiving your completed request form.

Yes. You may submit a deletion request through the same Legal section in the Help Centre. We will remove personally identifiable data after the mandatory retention window required where local law permits has passed for your account.

All four payment methods are named explicitly in our payment-terms clause. Each has its own reversal window and processing rule documented there, so we recommend reading that clause before initiating your first transaction via any of them.

After account closure, we retain transaction records for the statutory period required where local law permits, then permanently delete all personally identifiable information. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.

We send a notification to the email address registered on your account at least seven days before any material change takes effect. You can also check the version date at the top of the terms page in the Help Centre at any time.
